回轉式三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)干和(he)延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加上密(mi)封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的配套(tao)措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能(neng)力與原單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發(fa)強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機是(shi)通過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次(ci)進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減(jian)少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承,由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
