回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)和熱氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面得到充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形(xing)總長度(du)約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪帶與托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用(yong)螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物料由供料裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干,物料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物料移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物料在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物料在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干燥(zao)時間,物料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物料因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)。
