回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)式烘干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套(tao)疊(die)在一起的(de)(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依次(ci)進(jin)入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分(fen)利用熱能烘干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)(yi)端而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩(ju)形多回路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩(ju)形抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
