產品(pin)結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體改(gai)為(wei)套疊在一起的(de)(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的(de)(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
