三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得(de)到(dao)充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層,實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中層,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內層滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中層滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路(lu)方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
