回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕料的預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理(li)(li)的配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容(rong)積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參(can)數合(he)理(li)(li),操(cao)作(zuo)簡單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品(pin)結(jie)構
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒體改(gai)為套疊在一(yi)起的(de)三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流依次(ci)進入內至外筒體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體部分由三個(ge)同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒體的(de)截(jie)面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒體外形總長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
