回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕料的預烘干和延(yan)長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措(cuo)施,使(shi)烘干機(ji)(ji)生產能力(li)與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘干機(ji)(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先(xian)進、運行(xing)參(can)數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機筒體(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用(yong)。其筒體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之(zhi)相當(dang)的單筒的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
