回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機改進(jin)原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機內部結構,增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)入機前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長(chang)濕料在機內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)(jia)上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機生產(chan)能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅(jin)為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進(jin)、運(yun)行參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體改為套(tao)疊(die)在(zai)一(yi)起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)體的(de)外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料和熱氣(qi)流依次進入內至外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)體Z形往(wang)復折流后,充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干物料后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪帶(dai)與托輪支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪。通(tong)過(guo)托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物料由(you)供料裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干,物料在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物料移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物料在(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物料行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物料在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕(shi)物料因(yin)自(zi)重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物料在(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
