回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間(jian),再加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合理(li)的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能力與(yu)原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行參(can)數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機體(ti)的外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒體外形總長度約為與(yu)之(zhi)相當的(de)單(dan)筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
