三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由(you)三個同軸水(shui)平放置的內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到(dao)充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。

物(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
