回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)干和延(yan)長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力(li)與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先(xian)進(jin)、運(yun)行參數合理,操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個(ge)行業的礦渣(zha)、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過對單(dan)(dan)筒烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)單(dan)(dan)筒體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的(de)(de)三(san)筒,以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)(de)外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依次進(jin)入內至外筒體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流后(hou),充(chong)分(fen)利用熱能烘干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部(bu)分(fen)由三(san)個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi)(shi),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱量,同(tong)時又延長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而(er)(er)落入外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)(er)不能快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的。
