回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前(qian)濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再(zai)加上(shang)密封、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各個行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對(dui)單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong),以(yi)縮(suo)短烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱(re)(re)氣流依次進入內至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱(re)(re)能烘干(gan)物料后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)(de)截面得(de)到充分的(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總(zong)長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設(she)計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層,實現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層的(de)(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層的(de)(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層既充分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層另一(yi)端而落入外層,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
