回轉式三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)和延(yan)長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)時間,再(zai)加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及(ji)合(he)理的配(pei)套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)能力與原單筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容(rong)積蒸發強度(du)可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作(zuo)簡(jian)單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)各(ge)個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒烘干(gan)機是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒烘干(gan)機的(de)單(dan)筒體改為套疊在一(yi)起的(de)三筒,以縮(suo)短烘干(gan)機體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒體,在機體Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱能(neng)烘干(gan)物料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快(kuai)速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
