三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒體部分(fen)由三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利(li)用(yong)。其筒體外形總長度(du)約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪。通(tong)過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總(zong)體結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發(fa)的熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)的物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)的濕物料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
