回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)(liao)的預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料(liao)(liao)在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行參數(shu)合(he)理,操作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行,廣泛(fan)應用于各(ge)個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)體改為套(tao)疊(die)在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱氣(qi)流依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)(duan)而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
