回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構(gou),增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕料在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配套(tao)措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產(chan)能力(li)與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容(rong)積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒烘干(gan)(gan)機是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒烘干(gan)(gan)機的(de)單(dan)(dan)筒體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒,以(yi)縮短(duan)烘干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機工作時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依(yi)次(ci)進入內至外筒體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)內層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落(luo)(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
