回轉式三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構(gou),增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)前濕料的(de)(de)預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合理的(de)(de)配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產(chan)能力與原(yuan)單筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行參(can)數合理,操作簡(jian)單可行,廣泛(fan)應用于各個(ge)行業的(de)(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產(chan)品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體改為套疊(die)在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機(ji)體的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流依(yi)次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往(wang)復(fu)折流后(hou)(hou),充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由(you)電機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延長了(le)干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩(ju)(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
