回轉式三(san)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構,增(zeng)加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)和(he)延(yan)長濕料在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進、運(yun)行參數合理(li),操(cao)作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊(die)在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)依次(ci)進入內至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流(liu)(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約(yue)為(wei)與(yu)之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行進(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料因自(zi)重而不能快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
