回轉式(shi)(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫(wen)以(yi)及合理的配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先(xian)進(jin)、運行參數合理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)可行,廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于各個(ge)行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構(gou)
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)單筒體(ti)(ti)改(gai)為套(tao)疊在(zai)一起(qi)的(de)(de)三筒,以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)(wai)筒體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水(shui)平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用(yong)下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
