大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)(mian)(mian)得(de)到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)(mian)(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒的(de)內層,實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內層的(de)抄(chao)(chao)(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)(chao)(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層,進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層既充分吸收內層滾筒散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層滾筒的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層滾筒內呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能(neng)快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄(chao)(chao)(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
