回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)(jia)入機前濕料(liao)的(de)預烘干和延長濕料(liao)在機內(nei)烘干時間,再加(jia)(jia)上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使烘干機生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度(du)可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣(guang)泛(fan)應用于各(ge)個行(xing)業(ye)的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折流后(hou)(hou),充分利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體(ti)(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物料由(you)供(gong)料裝置進入(ru)回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)(shi)實現熱交換,物料移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物料在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物料在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物料在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用(yong)下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進排(pai)出滾(gun)筒,沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物料因自重而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物料在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
