三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修(xiu)更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式實現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩(liang)步(bu)(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)熱量(liang)(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量(liang)(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又延(yan)長了干燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)干燥效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分干燥,由此(ci)(ci)完成干燥目(mu)的(de)。
