回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒式(shi)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒體(ti)改為套疊(die)在一起(qi)的三筒,以縮(suo)短烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流依(yi)次進入內至外筒體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充(chong)分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面積和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修(xiu)更換,在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由(you)供(gong)料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料在中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料在此達到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的物(wu)(wu)料在熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在此矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目(mu)的。
