粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃燒(shao)煤(mei)(mei)的(de)發電廠將煤(mei)(mei)磨(mo)成100微(wei)米以(yi)下的(de)煤(mei)(mei)粉,用預熱空氣噴入爐(lu)膛經燃燒(shao)形成懸浮狀態,產生(sheng)混雜有(you)大量(liang)不燃物的(de)高溫煙氣,經集(ji)塵裝置捕集(ji)就得到(dao)了(le)粉煤(mei)(mei)灰。粉煤(mei)(mei)灰的(de)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)組成與粘土質相似(si),主要成分為二(er)氧化(hua)(hua)硅、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁(lv)、三(san)氧化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵、氧化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃盡碳。
