回(hui)轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內(nei)部結構,增加入機前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長(chang)濕(shi)料在機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫以及合理(li)的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產能力(li)與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行(xing)(xing),廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于各個行(xing)(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒烘干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒烘干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒體(ti)改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一起的(de)三筒,以縮短烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流依次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復(fu)折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置(zhi),是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行逆流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了(le)干燥時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行進(jin),達到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快(kuai)速行進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內進(jin)行充(chong)分干燥,由此完成(cheng)干燥目的(de)(de)。
