回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入(ru)機前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及(ji)合理的配套措(cuo)施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生產能力(li)與原單筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)各(ge)個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為(wei)套疊(die)在一起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分(fen)由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就(jiu)使(shi)筒體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其(qi)筒體外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
