大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大(da)幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
