大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分由三(san)個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置的內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的截面得(de)到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢修更(geng)換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
