回轉式三筒(tong)烘干機改進原單筒(tong)烘干機內部結構,增(zeng)加入(ru)機前(qian)濕料(liao)的預烘干和(he)延(yan)長濕料(liao)在(zai)機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配(pei)套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒(tong)式烘干機相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發(fa)強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣(guang)泛(fan)應用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒烘干(gan)(gan)機是通(tong)過對單筒烘干(gan)(gan)機的單筒體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的三筒,以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸。該機工作(zuo)時,物料(liao)(liao)和(he)熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)(wai)筒體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利(li)用熱能烘干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分由(you)三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充分的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形(xing)總長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
