回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)(liao)在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干時(shi)間(jian),再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸(zheng)發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合(he)理(li),操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)各(ge)個行業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過對(dui)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的單筒體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)的外形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流(liu)后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長(chang)度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同(tong)時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
