回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。

三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)的三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)體Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou)(hou),充分利(li)用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后(hou)(hou)再(zai)卸出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機筒體部(bu)分(fen)(fen)由(you)三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒體外形總長(chang)度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的(de)(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內呈矩形多回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
