回轉式三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及合理的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產能力(li)與原(yuan)(yuan)單筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參(can)數合理,操作簡單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各(ge)個行(xing)業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短(duan)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物料和熱氣流(liu)依次(ci)進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由(you)三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長度(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地(di)減少(shao)占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由(you)電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接(jie)(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)(luo)呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落(luo)(luo)入外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥,由此(ci)(ci)完成干燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
