回轉式(shi)三(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預烘干(gan)(gan)和延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)內烘干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再(zai)加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及(ji)合理(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先(xian)進、運行參數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各(ge)個(ge)行業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機工作時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次進入內至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往(wang)復折流后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到(dao)充分的(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)面積。
該機的支承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機總體結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形(xing)多(duo)回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
