回(hui)轉式(shi)(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時間(jian),再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)筒式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技(ji)術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機工作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機筒體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅(fu)度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面積。
該(gai)機的(de)(de)支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總(zong)體結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的(de)(de)檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
