回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部結構(gou),增加入(ru)機前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及(ji)合理的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產(chan)能力與(yu)原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比(bi),提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進、運(yun)行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于(yu)各個(ge)行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)體改為套(tao)疊(die)在一起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機體的(de)外形尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時,物料(liao)和熱(re)(re)氣流依(yi)次(ci)進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利(li)用熱(re)(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體(ti)部分由(you)三個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒體(ti)外形(xing)總(zong)長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅(fu)度地(di)減(jian)少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸(xi)(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
