回轉式(shi)(shi)三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內部(bu)結構,增加入機前濕(shi)料的預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)料在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合(he)理的配套(tao)措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生產能力與原單筒(tong)式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行(xing)(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單可(ke)行(xing)(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各個行(xing)(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊(die)在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘干(gan)機體(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機工作時(shi),物料(liao)(liao)和熱氣流依次(ci)進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利(li)用熱能烘干(gan)物料(liao)(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)(de)內、中、外筒套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使筒體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)截面得到(dao)充分的(de)(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層,實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層既充分吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)(xi)收中(zhong)層滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
