三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總(zong)長(chang)度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上(shang)輪帶與(yu)托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)(dong)托輪。通(tong)過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動(dong)(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
