回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構(gou),增加(jia)(jia)入機(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)(shi)料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再(zai)加(jia)(jia)上(shang)密封、保溫以及合理的配(pei)套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結(jie)構
三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒體改為(wei)套疊在一起的三筒,以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料和(he)熱氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)依次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外筒體,在機(ji)體Z形往(wang)復折流(liu)(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式(shi)行進(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不(bu)(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行充分(fen)干燥(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)目的(de)。
