回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機改進原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機內(nei)部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機生產能力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機相(xiang)比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位(wei)容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操作(zuo)簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品(pin)結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊(die)在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分利(li)用熱(re)能烘干物(wu)料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為與之相當的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順(shun)流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長(chang)了(le)干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料在熱風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒,沒有達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成(cheng)干燥(zao)目的(de)。
