三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的(de)(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的(de)(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由(you)供料裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移(yi)動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在此達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形多回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在熱(re)(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因(yin)自重而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在此矩形抄板(ban)內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
