回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。

三(san)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong),以(yi)縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時(shi)(shi)又(you)延長了(le)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
