回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干和延長濕料在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力(li)與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運行參數(shu)合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形(xing)總長(chang)度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該機總(zong)體結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下(xia)(xia)不斷(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆(ni)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)(xia)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
