回(hui)轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延(yan)長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的(de)配(pei)套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容(rong)積蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于(yu)各個行(xing)業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在一(yi)起的(de)(de)三筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的(de)(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時(shi),物料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)(liu)依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往(wang)復折流(liu)(liu)后,充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長(chang)度約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪帶(dai)與托輪支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工(gong)作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重(zhong)而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
