回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結(jie)構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)式烘干機是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘干機的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能(neng)烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少(shao)占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接。
