三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅(fu)度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物料由供料裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘(hong)干,物料在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物料移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)(ling)一端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干,物料在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物料在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物料在此(ci)(ci)達(da)到干燥(zao)狀態。物料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物料在熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物料因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物料在此(ci)(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。
