回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間(jian),再加上密(mi)封、保溫(wen)以及合理的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力(li)與原單(dan)(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比(bi),提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)容(rong)積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數(shu)合理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三(san)(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三(san)(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)(wai)筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒體外(wai)(wai)形(xing)總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
