回轉式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構(gou),增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能(neng)力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行參(can)數合理(li),操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業(ye)的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通(tong)過(guo)對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流依次(ci)進(jin)入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后(hou)(hou),充分(fen)利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后(hou)(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪帶與托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長(chang)了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多(duo)回(hui)(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的。
