回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流依次進(jin)入內(nei)至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流后,充(chong)分利(li)用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)(re)交換(huan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥時間,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)濕物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)燥目的(de)。
