回轉式三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機改進原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機內部結(jie)構,增加入機前濕料的(de)預烘干(gan)和延(yan)長濕料在(zai)機內烘干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及合理(li)的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘干(gan)機生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)式烘干(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行參數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣(guang)泛應用于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結構
三筒烘干機(ji)是通過對單筒烘干機(ji)的(de)單筒體改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒,以(yi)縮短烘干機(ji)體的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入內至外(wai)筒體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒體(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的利用。其筒體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。

物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的熱量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
