回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘干機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘干機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘干和(he)延長濕料在機(ji)內(nei)烘干時間,再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使(shi)烘干機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘干機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次(ci)進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
